1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are not accepted unless defective or damaged.
  • Items which are defective/damaged must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

 

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at hello@dharayati.com with your order details, photos, videos of the received products and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including shipping details.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

4. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized, final sale, and clearance items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it within 1 day of delivery with photos and videos as proof.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the case.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
